Solvent distillers D 7-15-30
Distiller for solvent recovery
Recovery and reuse of solvents used for washing and degreasing in the various sectors of use.
Using the principle of simple distillation, they separate the polluting product such as resins, pigments, paints, inks, oils, etc., from the original solvent, which is collected in a container for subsequent reuse.
At the end of the cycle, the contaminant product remains at the bottom of the kettle, which is easily discharged by turning the appliance. The characteristics of the treated solvent are not altered by this process, which can thus be repeated indefinitely.
The boiling of the solvent takes place in a stainless steel kettle with a diathermic oil loophole reheated with one or more electrical resistors.
The vapors produced are sent to a condenser cooled by air circulation. The solvent thus condensed is collected directly into a container suitable for reuse.
The units are watertight and do not emit oil or solvent vapors during operation.
These distillers allow the recycling of flammable and non-flammable solvents with boiling temperatures between 50º C and 180º C, optionally up to 220º C with a vacuum generator.
It is based on the principle of simple distillation which separates the contaminating product (resins, polymers, pigments, paints, inks, oils, etc.) from the original solvent which, recovered in a container, is ready for reuse.
The operation is based on a scraper with blades in the boil, allowing almost total “stripping” of the solvent, simplifying the discharge of contaminants by preventing them from adhering to the walls.
