Robot Leo
Due to its small size, it allows working in small spaces, it is very light and does not require maintenance.
Its pat electric motion system greatly reduces the area of operation compared to other robots on the market.
It has a fixed mast of 2m in height, six different work programs, mechanical brake to regulate the tension of the film, batteries with recharge by conventional plug of 220 V.

With electric turning system that reduces the operating area to 75cm. Guaranteed savings of film by motorized pre-stretching as standard, admitting all types of pallets. It supports memorizing up to 6 different baling cycle programs.
Extremely lightweight, 50% lower than the usual baling robots on the market. A compact machine for a comfortable transfer, always ready to work.
For baling it makes a continuous rotation around the pallet thanks to
to the contact wheel that outlines the correct path without deviations.
Film regulation system with potentiometer, in combination with a photocell that reads the load. Automatic control of the height of the pallet to be baled by photocell or manual configuration, as preferred.
It allows to regulate the number of wraps at the base and at the established height. Single climb cycle, Rudder movement system with very comfortable manual control, at half height.
Indication signal of luminous and acoustic operation.
The batteries are rechargeable in any environment, they do not need maintenance. Includes battery charger with normal 220V-1ph outlet.
Works with extendable PE for machinery (thickness between 19/40 m; width 500 mm)
